All Tiny Mixies books are custom-made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Damaged, Lost or Faulty Items

If your book arrives damaged or contains a printing defect or confirmed lost in transit, 

please contact us at: 📧 Contact@tinymixies.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund.
